A new Rolls Royce and BMW dealership with office and light industrial space is proposed for 2040 Burrard St/1755 W 5th Ave in Kitsilano. The six-storey building will replace the current BMW Store and feature a two-storey dealership, office spaces, light industrial areas, a rooftop patio, and underground parking stalls.
