Whistler’s real estate market hit a new high with the sale of a luxury condo for $9.3 million. Located in the Four Seasons private residences in the Benchlands neighborhood, the 2,529-square-foot condo boasts 3.5 bedrooms and four bathrooms. Despite an initial listing of $9.38 million, it spent only 162 days on the market, a short period for luxury properties. The $3,677 per square foot sale price ranks as the third-highest in Whistler’s residential real estate history, attributed partly to its corner unit status with ample natural light.

The buyer, represented by Marika Koenig of the Whistler Real Estate Co., gains access to luxurious amenities akin to a five-star hotel, including 24-hour room service, a health club, and outdoor pool and hot tubs. Owners can enjoy unlimited usage or opt for lucrative rental opportunities through the Four Seasons, mitigating the property’s hefty monthly strata costs of $3,939 and annual property taxes of $27,591.
