Originate Developments, in collaboration with Cameron Stephens Equity Capital and Westdale Properties, has received notable zoning approvals for two significant residential projects: Yonge & Rosehill and Jarvis & Earl. These ventures, set in Toronto’s Deer Park and Upper Jarvis neighborhoods, respectively, will introduce over 1,400 units combined to the city’s real estate market.

Yonge & Rosehill, situated at the northeast corner of Yonge Street and Rosehill Avenue, will stand as a 50-storey mixed-use tower designed by Moriyama Teshima Architects. Its integration into the prestigious Deer Park neighborhood includes a 5-storey podium interiors featuring bright and open-concept spaces. The Jarvis & Earl project, positioned at the intersection of Jarvis Street and Earl Place, boasts a 58-storey tower, designed by Kirkor Architects Planners, featuring 690 mixed-use residential units, including market-rate rentals and condominiums.
