Reliance Properties plans to develop a mixed-use tower at 811 Carnarvon Street in New Westminster, featuring condos and a hotel. The project, now in the rezoning application stage, is on a site near major transit hubs. The 44-storey tower will be the city’s third tallest, housing 469 condos. An eight-storey hotel with 145 rooms and a rooftop restaurant will also be included.

The development will feature retail space, townhouses, and shared amenity spaces. Additionally, a 1,720 sq ft public dog park will be built. Four underground levels will provide parking for over 400 vehicles and 700 bikes. The hotel component aims to address the forecasted shortage of hotel rooms in Metro Vancouver.
