Zanchin Automotive Group has proposed a major redevelopment project for the southeast corner of Highway 7 and Martin Grove Road in Vaughan’s Woodbridge community. Spanning 5.61 hectares, the plan designed by BDP Quadrangle includes a mix of residential, retail, and office spaces, complementing another proposed projects nearby. The current Number 7 Auto Mall will make way for this transformation.

Phase one includes a mixed-use building with a 6-storey podium and a 36-storey tower, along with a separate 3-storey office building. Phase two features 12-storey and 18-storey mixed-use buildings. Phase three aims to densify the area even more with four buildings ranging from 8-30 storeys, along with a public park. Phase four concludes the development with three additional high-rise buildings reaching heights of 18-32 storeys. Together, these phases aim to provide 2,833 residential units, along with retail and commercial spaces.

York Region Transit services the area, and the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre station is a 20-minute bus ride away. Surrounding developments include multiple high-rise buildings and townhomes, indicating a broader urban transformation in the area.
