Midtown Toronto experiences a significant transformation fueled by the forthcoming Eglinton Line 5 Crosstown LRT. Madison Group is redeveloping sites at 110 and 150 Eglinton Avenue East, collaborating with Rafael Viñoly Architects and Turner Fleischer Architects. The plan introduces high-rise, mixed-use complexes. At 90 and 110 Eglinton Avenue East, existing structures will make way for towers, while the 150 Eglinton Avenue East site integrates several addresses.

Revised proposals include 58-storey towers at 110 Eglinton, reducing residential units to 1,035 with office space and a floating bridge connecting the two buildings. At 150 Eglinton, two 61-storey towers are planned, offering 1,329 units with enhanced amenities. Underground parking is reduced while bicycle parking increases. Traditional podiums are replaced by 5,055m² of pedestrian-friendly spaces and landscaped areas that connect Eglinton Avenue to Roehampton Avenue. The sites’ proximity to transit hubs encourages denser development. Nearby projects include residential towers like The Hampton and proposals for 77 and 141 Roehampton Avenue, and 55 Eglinton Avenue East.
