Given its size, construction will occur in phases spanning multiple years. Rezoning changes were approved by Penticton council in March, transitioning the site from industrial and commercial to a comprehensive development zone.
The first building, spanning six stories, will offer 127 homes ranging from studios to 3-bedroom layouts, starting at $299,900. Embracing Scandinavian design, the complex promises a lifestyle hub with restaurants, cafes, medical facilities, offices, childcare, and more.
