The Surrey-Langley SkyTrain project is seeking public input on the design of its eight stations, marking the first significant transit development south of the Fraser River in three decades. From June 18 to June 30, 2024, the public can review and offer feedback on station designs, entrances, and adjacent areas through both in-person open houses and a virtual session. Registration is required for the virtual event.

Feedback can also be shared online via a dedicated website. This input will shape the final station designs through a municipal design advisory process. A second round of engagement will occur in the fall to unveil finalized designs, including landscaping and public art. With contractors selected in April, construction is set to commence this year. The completed project promises efficient transportation between Langley City and Surrey Centre in just 22 minutes and between Langley and downtown Vancouver in slightly over an hour.
