Toronto’s Jane and Finch neighborhood, often overshadowed by its reputation, is undergoing a transformative shift, attracting developers intrigued by its untapped potential. Most recently, Stanford Homes has submitted a proposal for a 29-storey residential tower at 2775 Jane Street, set to redefine the skyline of this North York neighborhood. This development aims to not only increase housing options but also to revitalize the area’s urban landscape.

The proposal outlines 451 condominium units, ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. To complement the living spaces, the plan includes 251 underground parking spots and over 19,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Architectural renderings by Arcadis display a sleek tower design, featuring protruding balconies and well-planned landscaping to enhance the streetscape. This development aligns with broader revitalization efforts in Jane and Finch, including a mixed-use project at Jane Finch Mall and residential towers by Nordale Estates.
