Denna Homes is proposing two high-rise towers, 31 and 29 storeys tall, in the Lynn Creek Town Centre area of North Vancouver. The project, named Seylynn Centre, will sit on a 3.2-acre site previously occupied by 24 homes. Originally planned in 2016 as four towers, Denna Homes revised the proposal to feature two larger towers, now offering 333 strata units, 271 market rental units, and 72 non-market rental units. The development will include a childcare facility, commercial space, and ample parking. The project previously aimed to provide student housing and a public arts center, but these features are no longer included. The plan includes infrastructure improvements, like a new lane and road enhancements.

The public was engaged in an information session in April and now the proposal awaits further council review.
