Construction has commenced for a new Tesla dealership and service center in Kelowna. Norson Construction obtained a permit for the 30,000 square-foot facility near Kelowna International Airport, with a project value of $5.5 million. Urban Design Group Architects, based in Vancouver, designed the project, which was approved by the City of Kelowna in January. The development aims to elevate industrial standards in the area and generate employment opportunities. Currently, Tesla owners in the Okanagan have limited service options, either calling a technician or visiting a bay off Clement Avenue in Kelowna.
