Burnaby City Council granted final approval to Phase Three of Concord Brentwood, marking the continuation of the high-density development in the Brentwood area. Located southwest of The Amazing Brentwood, the project spans across former industrial land. Phase Three will feature five residential towers, ranging from 27 to 50 storeys, totaling 2,004 units. A total of 1,934 vehicle parking spaces and 3,852 bicycle parking spaces will also be provided. Construction will occur in two sub-phases, with ample parking and bicycle spaces provided. This phase emphasizes diverse housing sizes and tenures, with extensive amenities and a public park covering 10 acres.

Concord Pacific, the developer, is wrapping up its ambitious Concord Brentwood master-plan. Phase 1 and 2 consisted of seven towers, one of which includes a man-made beach as part of its suite of amenities.
