Plans for seven high-rise towers comprising 2,600 residences, are proposed near the future Langley SkyTrain station. These towers mark a significant step in high-density, transit-oriented development for the Surrey-Langley SkyTrain extension. Situated northwest of the upcoming Willowbrook Station, these towers will replace the former White Spot restaurant and stand adjacent to the Willowbrook Shopping Centre. The station will serve as a transit hub with a major bus exchange.

The SkyTrain extension, spanning 16 km along Fraser Highway with eight stations, aims to reduce travel time between Surrey City Centre and Langley Centre to 22 minutes, and is targeting a 2028 opening. The Township of Langley is evaluating rezoning and community plan amendment applications for the parcels, envisioning a mix of residential and commercial spaces with a maximum height of 44 storeys atop a six-storey podium. Combined, the parcels would contain 2.3 million sq ft of floor area, including 60,000 sq ft of ground-level retail/restaurant uses.
