A six-storey condo project is proposed for the former site of Gabby’s Country Cabaret in downtown Langley City. Kerr Properties Ltd. submitted a development permit application for the lot on 203rd Street and Fraser Highway. The building would feature 78 apartments, with commercial space on the ground floor. It includes 35 one-bedroom units, 34 two-bedroom units, and nine three-bedroom units, along with bike parking.

The project is pending approval and would be conveniently located near a planned SkyTrain station. The site has a history as a nightclub and filming location, including appearances in TV shows like Riverdale. Gabby’s closed in 2020, and the building was demolished in 2021, paving the way for this new development.
