A proposed 42-storey high-rise by Lorval Developments and Chris Dikeakos Architects aims to reshape Langley Township’s skyline, potentially becoming its tallest structure. Situated on 80th Avenue and 200th Street, the mixed-use tower combines residential, office, and commercial spaces atop a four-storey podium with retail outlets and parking. With 369 residential units, 89,897 square feet of office space, and 30,340 square feet of commercial area, it would be a significant addition to the neighborhood. The project, currently under Township review, seeks rezoning approval.

Langley’s growing high-rise scene includes upcoming towers near the Langley Events Centre and future SkyTrain stations, aligning with transit-oriented development plans for enhanced public transportation along 200th Street. If realized, this ambitious project would not only redefine Langley’s skyline but also contribute to its urban development vision.
