Three new towers are proposed for Lake Shore Boulevard near East Harbour Station in Toronto’s evolving McCleary District. Designed by Turner Fleischer Architects, a firm behind various projects in the GTA, the development aims to transform a 2.21-acre industrial site at 120 Bouchette Street into a vibrant residential, live/work, and retail hub.

The plan includes three towers of 43, 46, and 49 storeys, and housing 1,626 residential units. These towers feature a shared podium varying in height and include approximately 72,215 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, such as a business centre and rooftop area. Two levels of underground parking will provide 231 spots (177 for residents, 54 for visitors) and 1,808 bike spaces. The development also incorporates around 30,570 square feet of live-work units and 21,409 square feet of retail space.

The area benefits from existing and planned transit options, including the nearby East Harbour Transit Hub and potential future streetcar and LRT extensions. Cyclists have access to the Martin Goodman Trail and other local routes. Surrounding developments include office towers, residential towers, and mixed-use buildings. This transformation aims to integrate the former industrial zone into a dynamic, accessible urban community.
