Hazelview Investments aims to revitalize Scarborough’s Eglinton East neighborhood with a trio of market-rate rental buildings near Eglinton GO station at 123 Bellamy Road North. Designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects, the development includes a 44-storey tower alongside a mid-rise structure and a pair of towers on a shared podium, totaling 922 new rental units plus retention of 250 existing units. The project offers ample amenities, including indoor and outdoor spaces, and prioritizes parking, with 415 resident and 106 visitor spaces, as well as 704 bicycle spots.

The proposal emphasizes transit-oriented design, benefitting from its Major Transit Station Area status. Convenient transit options connect residents to TTC subway lines and the forthcoming Eglinton East LRT, enhancing accessibility to downtown and eastward destinations. The development complements neighboring projects, contributing to the area’s ongoing transformation.
