An exciting new development is proposed for Downtown Brampton, directly across from the Brampton GO station. Beyrose Capital, with designs by Kirkor Architects and Planners, aims to construct two mixed-use towers of 55 and 58 storeys, bringing more residential and retail space to the area.

The development site at 17-35 Railroad Street spans approximately 1.49 acres and currently hosts low-rise dwellings and a commercial establishment. The proposal features two towers on a shared 13-storey podium, reaching heights of 596 and 625 feet. Together, the towers will include 1,628 units and a total gross floor area of over 1,000,000 square feet, with 4,360 square feet for retail.

Amenities include 35,538 square feet of indoor and 18,320 square feet of outdoor space. Parking will be provided by a three-level underground garage and three levels of above-grade parking, totaling 454 spaces. Additionally, there will be 814 bicycle spaces for residents and 165 for visitors.

The development is well-positioned near the Brampton Innovation District GO station and is served by multiple transit routes, including future expansions like the Queen Street – Highway 7 BRT extension and the Hurontario-Main LRT extension. This proposal is part of a broader trend in the area, with several other high-rise projects planned or completed nearby.
