Surrey Council has given the green light to proceed with preliminary planning and studies for Grandview Area 5. The city received support from 55% of the area’s landowners. Initial studies will determine boundaries, sub-areas, and servicing needs, with an update expected in 2025. This is the first step of a new NCP.
