Westbank First Nation has gained full ownership of Okanagan Lake Shopping Centre by buying out its partners. The 127,000 sq. ft. space is tenanted by brands like Landmark Cinema, Shoppers Drug Mart and Tim Hortons. At a value of $45 million, this acquisition nearly doubles the assets of Westbank First Nation’s subsidiary, Ntityix.
