Vancouver-based Westbank has proposed a 14-storey condo project under the Cambie Corridor Plan at 1010 W King Edward Avenue. The development plan includes 85 strata unit, 2,770 sq. ft of amenity space, and 806 sq. ft. of retail space. The site is currently occupied by an Esso gas station and a convenience store.
