City of West Kelowna has secured $7.978 million from the federal Housing Accelerator Fund, aiming to fast-track 233 homes within three years and spur 780 more over a decade. The city plans seven local initiatives as part of its action plan, including increased infill housing and efficiency improvements for rezoning and approvals.
