West Kelowna council postponed adopting its new zoning bylaw, after concerns about high-rise development on narrow lots were raised. The deferral affected other agenda items, including a six-story project at 911 Anders Road. Council suggested a bylaw formula linking building height to lot frontage to encourage land assembly.
