Wesgroup Properties has decided to sell its Ridgewood Drive project site in North Vancouver after gaining rezoning approval for a 32-townhouse development. The site, located at 1031-1045 Ridgewood Drive, is now listed by Colliers. Wesgroup has invested $550,000 in the project, which was designed to meet Passive House standards.
