After eight years of failed redevelopment attempts, Wesbild has sold a 27.5-acre waterfront industrial property in North Vancouver. The site, featuring 730 ft. of water frontage and dock access, was acquired for $115 million in 2017. It remains fully utilized with existing businesses. The new buyer is an undisclosed Canadian institutional investor.
