Vantage Developments has purchased a development site at 98 James St. S. in Hamilton for $13 million. The property was listed for sale under receivership in November. It has conditional approvals for a 31-storey tower featuring 315 units. Vantage focuses on real estate investments without debt. This is their second acquisition in Hamilton.
