The former Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver tower will be fully demolished instead of renovated. The 305-ft, 30-storey tower, part of CF Pacific Centre, closed in January 2020. Cadillac Fairview plans a new mixed-use redevelopment that may include a hotel component. No timeline is provided.
