Reliance Properties is converting a 12-storey office tower at 1111 West Hastings Street in Vancouver into the Le Germain Hotel Vancouver, marking the Germain Hotels chain’s first British Columbia location. Set to open in 2029, the 96,000 sq. ft. of office space will be converted into a hotel featuring 180 guest rooms.
