Vancouver Council approved nine housing developments, adding 3,097 new homes across 13 high-rise towers near SkyTrain stations. These include 2,603 rental homes, of which 446 are below-market, 383 condos, and 112 social housing units. Overwhelmingly transit-oriented, the developments aim to enhance urban density.
