A two-tower project is proposed near the Richmond Hill GO Station. It features 12- and 20-storey residential towers connected by a 6-storey podium. The towers will replace low-rise homes on Major Mackenzie Drive and Maple Avenue. The project includes 414 residential units, commercial space, amenities, and underground parking.
