The Musqueam Nation, Townline, and YMCA BC have proposed redeveloping the Langara Family YMCA in Vancouver. The new plan includes two towers: a 37-storey strata with 269 units and a 33-storey rental with 308 units. The project also features a new eight-storey YMCA facility, offering 88 affordable housing units.
