Stanford Homes proposes two high-rises at 710 Progress Avenue, near Scarborough Town Centre. The 41- and 46-storey towers will include 935 units, retail space, and a six-level podium with parking. Plans feature a ravine renaturalization and pedestrian connectivity. The site is close to transit, including a new Danforth Line 2 station.
