PCI and Low Tide are planning a mixed-use development near Vancouver’s VCC-Clark Station. The project includes two 35-storey residential towers with 600 rental units, 20% of which are below-market. The complex will also feature a 19-storey office tower, retail, light industrial spaces, a grocery store, and a childcare facility.
