The Tsawwassen Springs development project has received approval from the ALC to exclude 1.82 hectares from the ALR for a 60-unit townhouse development. This follows a revised proposal that includes a $1 million contribution for agricultural improvements and the inclusion of 2.6 hectares of farmland into the farm reserve.
