Vancouver council approved a redevelopment project by QuadReal Property Group at Mount Saint Joseph Hospital’s parking lot, featuring two towers: 32 and 25 storeys tall. The 542-unit project includes 114 below-market units, retail spaces and a childcare facility. The project may provide dedicated rentals for the hospital’s doctors, nurses, and staff.
