The Mission Group has revised its plans for a proposed 40-storey residential tower next to UBC Okanagan’s downtown campus in Kelowna. Originally designed as a 30-storey building, the latest changes include increasing the number of rental units to 384, reducing the podium height, and making the tower’s structure skinnier.
