Devron Developments resubmitted plans for a mixed-use tower at 101 Spadina Avenue in Toronto. The new proposal, 11 storeys more than the previously approved 39, includes 452 residential units, a public park, and increased parking and bike spaces. The site is near major transit lines and the upcoming Queen-Spadina station.
