A new proposal by Amdev Property and Rockport Group aims to address Toronto’s demand for seniors’ housing with a 13-storey development in Lytton Park. The vacant site will be redeveloped into 237 units, including 31 rental replacements and 206 seniors’ suites. The project also includes a public park expansion.
