The Downsview Airport redevelopment in Toronto, led by Northcrest Developments, has been branded as “YZD,” paying homage to the site’s aviation history. The project will transform the 370-acre site into seven neighbourhoods, featuring over 55,000 residences, commercial and cultural spaces, and extensive green areas, including a two-kilometre reimagined runway.
