A revised plan for a 52-storey mixed-use tower at 8 Dawes Road in Toronto has been proposed, replacing the initial 38-storey design. Developed by Marlin Spring, it now includes 579 residential units—12 of which are affordable rentals—and a total Gross Floor Area of 36,868 m². This proposal includes indoor and outdoor amenities.
