WZMH Architects has reworked a proposal for the 522 University Avenue site in Toronto to preserve the John C. Parkin structure from 1972. 60% of the existing building will be retained and integrated with a new 49-storey residential tower. The revision features 579 residential units and fewer parking spaces.
