Toronto’s City Council has approved the first mass timber building on city land at 1113-1117 Dundas St. W. The 10-storey project, part of the Mass Timber Pilot Program, will provide 122 units (28 affordable) and over 2,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, emphasizing sustainability and reducing carbon emissions.
