Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT has revised plans for a mixed-use development at 5 Fairview Mall Drive in Toronto, increasing the height of proposed towers to 35 and 39, and adding a 47 storey tower. Spanning 92,696m² of gross floor area, the new proposal aims to double the amount of residential units from 598 to 1,295.
