Telus Living and Ledcor Group are partnering on a new development project at 354-380 East 10th Avenue in Vancouver. The proposal features a 25-storey mixed-use tower with 230 rental units, including 47 below-market units. The project includes indoor/outdoor amenities, office and retail spaces, and a new telecommunications facility.
