TAS has updated plans for 38 Walmer Road in Toronto’s Annex neighborhood with a proposal for a 25-storey tower. The project preserves the heritage-designated Walmer Road Baptist Church and converts it for commercial and institutional use. The development includes 211 residential units, public courtyards, and increased parking.
