TAS has acquired a 290,000-square-foot industrial property at 1500 Birchmount Road in Toronto for $60 million. The site will undergo extensive renovations to accommodate diverse tenants, including retail, light manufacturing, and social enterprises. Pre-leasing is expected to start in 2025.
