Starlight Investments has acquired The Lauren, a 22-storey rental building in Vancouver’s West End, previously owned by Westbank and Peterson. The Lauren, completed in 2014, was among the first purpose-built rental towers in the area in decades. The sale price is estimated between $120 million and $125 million.
