The 123,000 sq. ft. Central 1 Credit Union headquarters in Vancouver may soon be acquired by Nch’ḵaý Development Corporation, owned by the Squamish Nation. A conditional agreement is in place to purchase the $54.15 million property adjacent to the ongoing 6,000+ unit Senakw rental housing development project.
