Delta is processing several residential subdivision applications that exceed new small-scale multi-unit housing (SSMUH) regulations. These regulations allow up to four units on single-family or duplex lots. However, some applicants are proceeding with plans that exceed this limit, including an application in Tsawwassen for a 12-unit development.
