Scotiabank has sold its office building at 90 Wynford Drive, Toronto, for $40.5 million, equivalent to $224 per sq. ft. The buyer, Access Self Storage, adds this property to its portfolio of over 140 locations across Canada. Originally built in 1968, the five-storey, 180,624 sq. ft. building was acquired by Scotiabank in 2015.
